A Wonderful Wedding Happens by Design

Selecting the best entertainment for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration can be an overwhelming task so we thought it would be helpful to provide some insight to our “stress-free” wedding planning process.

We summarized it with a six step process and listed it below for you to see.

Step 1: Upon contacting DMR Wedding Entertainment via phone (480) 272-1104 or by the Contact page on this site, we will set up a face to face event consultation. The initial consultation is a great way for you to meet with Christopher Rita (your DJ/MC) and to share your vision. 

Note: If you are not ready to sign a contract on the spot, you will have up to 2 weeks to decide if you’d like to book DMR Wedding Entertainment for your wedding.

Step 2: Decision time. At the end of the two week holding period, a decision will be required. To secure your date, a signed contract and a 25% retainer/deposit is required. All major credit cards are accepted.

Step 3: Planning phase. From your own personal online planning website, to laying out the details and agenda for your reception at our planning meeting, together we will design a reception that flows seamlessly, and without worry. And if you wish, your reception can have many personal touches!

Step 4: Event review. Approximately one month before the celebration, it is time for the final event review. At this face-to-face meeting, I will meet with you to go over all of the details regarding the celebration. Timeline Information, Music selections, and Entertainment Enhancement finalization will all be addressed at this time.

Step 5: Finalization. Expect a call or email the week of the celebration to ensure all details have remained the same.

Step 6: Game day. As your MC, I will speak on your behalf so that you two, your families, and all your guests can relax and enjoy the biggest party you’ll ever throw! As your DJ, I will honor your playlist, and nothing from your do not play list will be played. I will get your dance floor rockin’ & keep the pulse moving with my creative mixing & blending skills! And to top it off, there is no worry of unsightly equipment, as my set up is very clean and professionally presented.
